Everything you submit exists for one purpose: getting your move done and circling back once it is finished.

Your details are never sold. They are never handed to a broker ring. Your number is never scattered across third-party movers or the lead-buying market.
Texting, calling, and backing out
Submitting the form gives True Blue permission to reach you at the number or address provided, automated SMS included where that fits. Standard message and data rates may apply. Stepping away is easy:
Three ways off the list
- Texting: Send STOP back to any of our messages and you drop off within a business day.

How long it stays
A record’s lifespan turns on one thing: did the job get booked and finished?

Who else ever sees it
Only the parties a finished move actually requires get a look:
- The crew itself (background-checked W-2 staff of True Blue Movers)
- Our insurer, should a cargo claim arise
- A building manager, HOA rep, or elevator scheduler for access and the COI, and only when you know
- State and federal regulators when the law demands it (FMCSA, Maryland authorities, the IRS)
Marketing networks, broker aggregators, lead resellers, and rival movers get nothing.
What you may ask of us

The California Consumer Privacy Act grants residents there a few extra entitlements:
- Learning which personal details we have gathered
- Having them erased, within the limits the law sets
- Refusing any sale of personal details (none is ever sold)
- Facing no penalty for invoking these

Keeping it safe
The form travels over HTTPS, and whatever arrives rests inside a locked CRM that requires a login.

Younger visitors
